  • In Yin yoga, we target the deep connective tissues of the body – the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks. A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of passive floor poses held for a few minutes. On an energetic level, Yin yoga improves energy flow and enhances the flow of chi in the organs.

  • Yoga for kids will strengthen and sustain children physically, mentally and emotionally. Our classes are fun, where children enjoy dynamic and engaging activities. Creative, where children are encouraged to use their imagination. Therapeutic, where children learn how to understand their emotions. Relaxing, where children learn how to pause, breath and rest.

  • Our retreats are refreshing, rejuvenating, energising and empowering experiences, offering the benefit of physical, emotional and psychological withdrawal from the stresses of everyday life. Our vision is to create a space where people can come and reconnect to the nature, and the life within and around themselves. Our Retreat is a place to find peace of mind, to feel safe to express the authentic self, a safe space to play, to rest, and find the joy in simple things.
